The British Columbia Chapter of the Alpha Delta Phi is a lifelong brotherhood. Whether you join in 1962 or 2002, our Alumni have a duty to help those brothers who now call UBC home.

Our Alumni actively support the undergraduates through their time at UBC. Whether by serving on the board of the Alpha Delta Phi Society of BC or participating in various committees, the alumni are dedicated to making the chapter not only the best on campus, but the best in all of Alpha Delta Phi.

The Alumni Board of Directors

The alumni board is young and engaged with the chapter. After the valiant efforts of Brothers Stephen Graham ‘94, Andrew Stewart and ‘94 Mike Grant ‘00, who guided the house for so many years, the alumni board now consists of recently graduated alums.

The Alumni Board meets once a month (usually within the first week) and adjourns to a local pub after to catch up. If you are interested in joining, check out the events page for more information.

The Fundraising Committee

As undergraduates, brothers Kellan Higgins ‘09, Andrew King ‘10 and Ryan Fetterly ‘09 saw the improvements in other fraternity houses at UBC. Years later in 2012, they decided that Alpha Delta Phi deserves a house that reflects the merits of an award winning chapter. They formed a group to pursue a sensible and sustainable fundraising model for the chapter. Their goal is to create a lasting fundraising plan that can help take the chapter to heights it has only dreamed of. See more information about supporting the chapter.

Active Fundraising Committee

Kellan Higgins ’09

Brother Higgins served as the Chapter Service Consultant for Alpha Delta Phi International, seeing first hand what did and didn’t work at other Chapters. As an active, he served as house manager, digging the house out of a 10k debt and turning the house to a profit. He now works in the tech sector, creating websites, video games and marketing materials for a variety of different ventures. He’s an avid photographer and loves the game of Ultimate.

Andrew King ’10

Brother King founded the brotherhood chair and later served on the executive as Treasurer. During his tenure, he set up a partnership with Variety and helped facilitate the BC Chapter in supporting the Washington Chapter’s repatriation in the fall of 2008; Andrew was later initiated as a member of the Order of Omega Honorary Society. Andrew recently transitioned from the Vancouver startup community into health care, where he now works as a business analyst, taking on exciting new projects to save money for the province.
