Alpha Delta Phi and Alpha Delta Pi were victorious last night at Alpha Gamma Delta’s annual volleyball fundraiser. Thanks to all the supporters who came out and cheered our brothers on last night.

The UBC fraternities and sororities start off Greek Week with Delta Gamma’s annual Anchorsplash philanthropy event in the UBC Aquatic Centre. The synchro routine is always one of the highlights of the event and our brothers choreograph an all-out battle between two perpetual arch enemies: Ninjas vs. Pirates. Andrew King soars through the air wielding nunchucks in an attempt to end the war once and for all…who do you think should have won?
Congratulations to the Delta Gams for organizing such a memorable fundraiser!

The brothers celebrated the beginning of 2nd semester on the slopes of Sun Peaks with some close friends in Alpha Delt’s annual Go Big or Go Home Ski trip. The fun knob was cranked so high it broke off… ridiculousness included: hot tub pranking, toque and goggle parties (chea!), project mayhem, snowball fights, midnight tobogganing, ice hockey and a 12inch pow sesh for 3 days!

With many hours and dollars donated from the Alpha Delta Phi active chapter brothers, one of the rooms in the house has now been converted into a library. Alpha Delta Phi was founded in 1832, holding great value to fostering a strong literary tradition and the BC chapter is proud to carry on the tradition. The books have been donated from Brother Brady Gordon in honour of his Grandfather and the bookshelf was designed, assembled and finished by the pledge class of 2008.
